About The Firm

We transform markets by treating women as a commercial growth asset.

Inclusive Growth Advisory exists to close the gap between the world’s largest unleveraged growth opportunity and the institutions positioned to capture it. We are not an inclusion consultancy. We are a strategic growth firm built around a single conviction: that the women’s economy is the defining commercial imperative of our time.

Mission

Transform Africa and global markets by pursuing women as a commercial growth asset — not a compliance category.

Method

The D-Quad Framework: diagnose, design, deploy, develop — engineered for compounding institutional advantage.

Measure

$10B mobilized, 12M+ women in dignified work, $3B+ unlocked for women entrepreneurs — and counting.

Executive Spotlight

A career built on the conviction that growth and inclusion are the same discipline.

Marieme Esther Dassanou founded Inclusive Growth Advisory after two decades shaping how the world’s leading institutions finance and grow the women’s economy. Her leadership at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the African Development Bank (AfDB), and the Mastercard Foundation placed her at the center of the programs that have redefined what capital can do when it is aimed — with commercial discipline — at women.

She built IGA on a single thesis: that the institutions which treat women as a growth imperative, rather than a compliance afterthought, will define the next era of market leadership. The firm’s D-Quad Framework is the operating expression of that conviction — and the reason IGA’s partners move from diagnosing a gap to capturing it.

“We are not asking institutions to be generous. We are asking them to be rational — and showing them the growth they are leaving on the table.”
